University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_4_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID(NAID)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"40019251319","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"PDF","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"男女雇用機会均等法が施行された25年前、夫婦共働き世帯はまだ少数派であったが、職場からの転勤(勤務地の変更)の要請に対し、一時的な夫婦別居つまりコミューター・マリッジで応える事例が存在した。国家公務員夫婦5組と通商産業省(現、経済産業省)初の女性官僚、坂本春生の場合が、それに該当する。国家公務員女性の転勤見直しが求められている現在、そうした先駆的な対応の実態と含意を把握すべく、両者のケース・スタディを試みた。用いた主資料は、前者を含む専門職・管理職の別居夫婦50組に対する面接・聞き取り調査(1989年筆者実施)の結果と坂本の体験記(1988年公刊)である。坂本に対しては、面接による追調査も実施した(2011年8 月)。\n その結果、国家公務員夫婦がコミューター・マリッジによって職務を完遂し親密関係も保持できるのは、主として、赴任期間つまり夫婦別居の期間がほぼ2年未満と短い上に、日頃から万全の備えをして共働き継続に臨んでいることによる、と判明した。ただし、夫婦双方の異動に際してこの種の対応を繰り返せば、結果的に別居期間が長引くことになり、個人的な努力を超える事態も生じかねない。\n
