University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_4_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"40019251319","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"PDF","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"男女雇用機会均等法が施行された25年前、夫婦共働き世帯はまだ少数派であったが、職場からの転勤（勤務地の変更）の要請に対し、一時的な夫婦別居つまりコミューター・マリッジで応える事例が存在した。国家公務員夫婦５組と通商産業省（現、経済産業省）初の女性官僚、坂本春生の場合が、それに該当する。国家公務員女性の転勤見直しが求められている現在、そうした先駆的な対応の実態と含意を把握すべく、両者のケース・スタディを試みた。用いた主資料は、前者を含む専門職・管理職の別居夫婦50組に対する面接・聞き取り調査（1989年筆者実施）の結果と坂本の体験記（1988年公刊）である。坂本に対しては、面接による追調査も実施した（2011年8 月）。\n　その結果、国家公務員夫婦がコミューター・マリッジによって職務を完遂し親密関係も保持できるのは、主として、赴任期間つまり夫婦別居の期間がほぼ２年未満と短い上に、日頃から万全の備えをして共働き継続に臨んでいることによる、と判明した。ただし、夫婦双方の異動に際してこの種の対応を繰り返せば、結果的に別居期間が長引くことになり、個人的な努力を超える事態も生じかねない。\n　共働きが多数派となり、男女双方におけるワーク・ライフ・バランスが標榜されている今日、転勤施策についても、国家公務員夫婦が提案し坂本が展望するように、本人の意向と家族事情を反映させたものが、その実現に繋がると考えられる。しかし、民間企業における過去20年間の大勢は、依然として「会社主導の転勤者選定」となっている。そうした傾向に歯止めをかけるような支援が、まずは国家公務員から実施されることを期待したい。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"和洋女子大学"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12466848","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_4_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"18846351","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"三善,
