ver.5を使用して、「身体拘束」・「一般病棟」・「高齢者」をキーワードに、検索された15件の文献から、一般病棟における身体拘束の研究動向を把握し、身体拘束の減少・廃止に関連する要因について分析した。\n結果：１）研究動向：年別論文数は2019年より多くなり、事例研究と量的研究が最も多く、患者を対象とした研究が多かった。研究目的は、「身体拘束の代替案や回避方法」が最も多く７件みられた。その次に多かったのは看護師を対象として、「看護師の困難や教育背景・道徳的感性と身体拘束実施の関連」を明らかにしたものであった。\n２）身体拘束の減少・廃止に関連する要因：内容分析の結果、関連する要因として８つの【カテゴリ】が生成された。コード数の最も多かったものは、【多職種カンファレンスの実施】と【全身状態のアセスメント】の２つであり、次に【認知症ケアの研修】と【認知症ケアの実施】、【身体拘束解除の時間】をつくることであった。さらに【代替案の検討と実施】や【看護管理者の認識】、【倫理教育の実施・継続】も要因となっていた。\n考察：研究動向に関して、2019年より先行研究が多くみられるのは、2018年ころより一般病棟における身体拘束がゼロとなった一般病棟の雑誌特集も発行されるなど、国全体で身体拘束低減への意識が高まっている結果と思われる。研究デザインは事例研究が多く、客観性や一般化可能性の検証が必要である。研究対象に関しては、看護管理者を対象としたものはみられなかった。身体拘束の減少には、看護管理者の取り組みも大きく影響するため、今後は看護管理者を対象とした調査も必要と思われる。身体拘束の減少に関連する要因について８要因が明らかとなったが、これらの要因を包括的に調査しているものは見られず、今後の課題である。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"和洋女子大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_4_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"24326925","subitem_source_identifier_type":"EISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"山下,菜穂子","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"ヤマシタ，ナオコ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"},{"creatorName":"YAMASHITA,Naoko","creatorNameLang":"en"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"宮本,大樹","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"ミヤモト，ダイキ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"},{"creatorName":"MIYAMOTO,Daiki","creatorNameLang":"en"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"中澤,明美","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"ナカザワ，アケミ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"},{"creatorName":"NAKAZAWA,Akemi","creatorNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2024-03-21"}],"filename":"K202465J193202.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1
